As the Rheochem sales team is always on the move, (and are pioneers of positive change), we have decided to start “walking sales meetings”. The first of these was held at the Durban Shongweni Club in mid-November 2021. Participants prepared two topics for each interaction and walked in teams of two, swapping team every 10 to 15 minutes. This meant multiple opportunities for exchanging ideas, with everyone meeting at the club afterwards for a feedback session over a delicious breakfast (and the best cappuccino in KZN – well done Shongweni Club😊). It beat having yet another PowerPoint presentation-based meeting, was enjoyed by all, and as an added benefit was COVID-19 safety protocol-friendly, so we could see each other’s faces for a change.
